I was automatically charged for your Office 365, having the amounts taken out of my account, when i did NOT AUTHORIZE THIS TO BE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Once again, i have been charged for a $35 overdraft fee. I cannot afford this, and i need that $35. I would never allow that when i dont get paid my ssi until the 1st of every month. Please can we resolve this issue!!!!

Thank you,

Cathy R Kraetz

I apologize for the desire to turn off my auto-pay. Apparently, that has been cleared up already in that the due date is now on the seventh of January, 2016. Now that I can deal with . . . the date of impending transaction. Now, if there would be any way in which my $35 can be refunded to me? Either by refunding me somehow through my bank account, or through a credit on the actual subscription for equal value.

Once again, thank you for your concern.

I read was sent to me, and once again due to medical problems, have found it difficult to return my reply until now. However, i really want to remind those who originally took my order that we were on the phone, in person, and it was definitely made CLEAR that i was NOT TO BE CHARGED ON THIS DATE FOR THE AUTO PAYMENT!  As for the auto payment being made on or after the first of the month (of every month) was the ORIGINALLY PLANNED FOR AND SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED WHEN THE ORDER WAS MADE BY PHONE REPRESENTATIVE. I would never had accepted that as my pre arranged date of transfer!

I am NOW having a real problem with starting out my month having been charged an NSF FEE ($35.00) due to YOUR TRANSACTION WHICH WAS NOT ARRANGED OR MEANT TO HAVE OCCURRED!! Therefore, due to the manner in which this transaction was set up to occur ... over the phone, in a personal call . . . through a live representative  . . . I do NOT accept your response.

I suppose I am in need of talking to a supervisor over the subject. Could you please email me a phone number. Please make sure that all of the emails sent are to this gmail account. Thank you for your concern and your reply. If we could resolve the problem through online methods, that would be nice, however. (Possibly giving me a credit of sorts, either through my bank account, replacing my loss; or, possibly crediting me by not charging me for the subscriptions in a few months in the future (3 months, approx).

In any event . . . . please cancel my auto-payment for you service. Until this is resolved, i will be finding a month by month thing as to if i want to renew the subscription.

    Thank you,

When you purchase/install 365 you enter billing info, which is then automatic.

No one here can help, you have to speak to support directly https://commerce.microsoft.com/help
