Office 2010 "configuration progress" problem

When I open MS word (Office 2010), it shows "configuration progress" every time. How i can solve this problem?

    Have you tried repairing the Office installation (via Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair)?
