Installed MS office 2016. I used to compare two word files, but it suddenly doesn't work. A message displayed as Word was unable to compare the documents. Tried to compare different files but it failed too.

"Word was unable to compare the two documents" is the exact message. Tried using Word 2010 and it produced the same message
