I continuously get an error message regarding "Repeated Blank Characters"; it seems that the Accessibility Checker doesn't recognize tabs and/or hard returns in the document. Is there a way to fix this?

You shouldn't get that message unless there actually are repeated space characters in the document. Display nonprinting marks, for example by clicking the ¶ icon on the Home tab, and look for dots and degree symbols (which denote ordinary spaces and nonbreaking spaces).

A blank character is produced when you press the space bar or the alt key on a computer keyboard. Try not using both keys in succession to avoid seeing "Warning: Repeated Blank Characters".

Let us know how it goes.

    This show the specific problem:

I copied this from the form where I am getting the warning message. This shows in the Accessibility Checker as "Warning: Repeated Blank Characters" and gives the number of spaces that are considered blank characters (in this case 7 characters). As you can see, this is set as underlining tabs and blank tabs. Because I want to have the differentiation of blank space and underlining, this is what I get. I am unsure of how to get this function on a form document that does not utilize the table functions. Please advise.
