Why VPN is not working?

Hello everyone,
I have a problem, my Express VPN connection to the server does not work. Due to this problem, the webpage is not open. My desktop and notebook have been affected. I've tried restarting the network adapters, disabling VPN, and reinstalling it.
All network devices were uninstalled.
BIOS and network adapters have been updated but VPN is not working.

    Does your ISP happen to be Telstra? I facing a similar issue, just worked when I hot spotted my mobile and tested the VPN it worked.
