I have a question that I was not able to search the answer to.
I have a few users working on the same Word document and one of them asks me if there is a way that if User A has the document file open (located on a network folder), when another User B tries to open it, it would be Read-only.
Right now when anyone opens it, they are able to edit and this is causing them to overlap work. I guess the question is if there is a way to only allow the file to be opened 1 time with editing permissions and anyone after to have read-only?
