Runtime error 0042DA3E Office 2010

I have a user that keeps getting Runtime error 217 at 0042DA3E only when she opens any Office 2010 Standard x86 program.  She has a freshly built Windows 10 Pro x64 PC upgraded from Windows 7 Pro.  Everything was fine until she began using it.  It's a fresh user profile so I assume corruptions not the problem. Every time she opens Word, Excel, Powerpoint she gets the message. Clicking OK allows her to continue using the program. Everything I see online points to IE(nothing about 0042DA3E), but this only happens when she uses Office apps, so I'm not sure that's it.  I asked her to close everything and try opening Word.  Same thing came up.  Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
