CathiB,

I may or may not have a clue. As a test I pulled up an old file that spans 4 years like yours. I set the Resource Usage view bottom tier scale to "days" to give me lots of pages, just like yours. I also selected A4 paper in landscape orientation. It took a few seconds but the print preview eventually showed pages 1 through 1452 (actually more than yours). Then I tried different options on the Page Setup view tab. When the option is selected to "print blank pages" the print preview is active but when that option is de-selected, the print preview is greyed out, just like yours.

Try that but you also might want to consider this, do you really want/need to print 1020 pages? That's potentially a lot of trees!

Also, make sure whatever version of Project you are using is fully updated with the latest cumulative Update. The easiest way to insure that is to run Windows Update.

John
