SharePoint Online - Can I add a dropdown selection box on the main portal page instead of displaying a bunch of links?

I have a list of links on the main portal page for my company. I am trying to have them display in a dropdown box instead of a long list. I've done several searches but could still use help. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi @Amy Fowler ,

As per my research, there is no such Out-of-the-box dropdown selection box web part can be used in SharePoint Online currently and also I couldn't find which meets your requirement in App store. You have to develop it by yourself using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
