Hi All,

I am working on a workflow, which will be creating a new Content Organizer Rules when a new folder is added. The workflow works and creates a new rule upon folder creation. What I am unable to figure out is how to (Add another condition) in Property-based conditions...

As far as I know PowerShell is limited for SharePoint online, and MS Support said there's no way to do it with PS.

Also, I am not so good with C#, but open to suggestions.

Thanks for any help and input.

Pawel

    Hi Pawel,

To set multiple conditions for creating Content Organizer Rules in SharePoint Designer, please click Condition in the Insert group on the Ribbon several times, and then assign values for the fields.

Meanwhile, for your concerns about C#, we suggest you post in our SharePoint Development and Programming forum to get professional help.

    Hi Jiaxing,

the Condition you mentioned are not the conditions I need to have configured.

I need to add 2 Property-based conditions within the Routing Rule.

    thanks,

    Pawel

    Hi Pawel,

    Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Normally, we can add new conditions by clicking Add another condition in the Conditions section, and selecting the Property according to your content type.

If this is not your scenario, please share more details about the exact situation, such as your steps to create the rules and the error message.

    Regards,

    Jiaxing
