Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi YAYAYAZF,
First, to enable the internal users of an organization communicate with external users, please refer to the following steps:
- Open Office 365 admin center > admin center > organization > external communications.
- Check “Let people use Skype for Business to communicate with Skype users outside your organization” under public IM connectivity.
From my experience, if those domains are verified in a tenant and just use Skype for Business online, the uses in those domains can communicate normally since they are one organization.
I notice you mentioned “Each domain is for our partner organization”, do you mean the Skype for Business users in those partner organization can’t communicate with each other? If yes, can you provide the detailed steps about how you let those domains separately each other in one tenant? Is there complex environment in that tenant?
Thanks,
Gary
