Can't Install Microsoft Office 365 - Error Code 30094-1011 (0)

Hey,

Was looking in the community and in other places but couldn't find the solution.

Scenario:

  • Log into Microsoft Office 365 website as a student.
  • Download the exe from Chrome / Internet Explorer
  • Open it from "Downloads" folder

Expected:

  • App starts and downloads needed files

Got:

  • The following error message:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • I've tried whatever is written in the "Additional Help" link.
  • Tried to delete my temp files both on my PC and on my internet explorer
  • Downloaded both 32 and 64 bit versions - both failed
  • Downloaded and executed the repair tool kit
  • I'm using Windows 10
  • As mentioned above - I'm a student!

    Hi,

    Are you trying to install the Office 365 Home version? Here are the official download links of Office 365:

    Office 365 Home.

    Get Office 365 for free.

    We need to be sure that you're downloading the Setup file from the official download links.

    In addition to this, please check if you have a Protection Software, such as antivirus, that may be interfering with the download.
