Issues with Azure AD Sync - Password Hash Sync failing with error 611 (The parameter is incorrect)

Hello,

I'm working on migrating an AD connect server from one site to another. I have migrated the configuration from the old server to the new server. Did a full sync and disabled staging mode.

When looking at the event viewer logs, i see a bunch of successes but end up getting the following error.

I've tried manually disabling/r118392-untitled.pnge-enabling the service with no success, even a server reboot. Any ideas why this error may be happening? The config was from a working AD Connect server.
