Hello,

I've spent many hours trying to Export Microsoft Project 2013 Task Usage and Resource Usage reports to Excel that includes the WEEKLY TIME SCALE. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thank you

Philip

    Philip,

Basically there are three ways to get the Project Usage view information into Excel. The first is with a simple copy and paste. It's not elegant but it works. The second is as Julie suggested, via the Visual Reports. The third is with VBA. Personally I prefer VBA due to its total flexibility but if you are familiar with Excel pivot tables then Visual Reports may be a better choice.

Have you tried the Visual reports?  It will create a pivot table in Excel.
