Excel Workbook Distortion

I have a problem with my Excel, I have a shared folder on Dropbox, from where I store my files. I recently realised that when a file is sent or downloaded from Dropbox to my laptop, it has a page layout distortion, on my laptop, but when I transfer the same to a different computer, it opens with no distortion whatsoever.

The pixels in my worksheet is decreased when compared to another excel worksheet (am running excel 2013, but my staff have a variation from 2010 to 2013, yet they get no problem).

This makes my worksheet have a smaller row height, and during printing, the number of pages is increased from what is on the original.

Now when I try and sort the distortion on my end, the next person to access the file faces the same challenge.

I have changed windows from 2010 to 2013 (floating through the different versions 32 bit and 64 bit), and now am stuck.
