Colour printing with conditional formating

Hello

I have an Excel 2010 document that has conditional formatting based on text conditions. The formatting is changing fill only. When I print the fill is not there, if I manually fill it is there. If I create a new Spreadsheet and do a conditional format it will print.

Page options: Yes "black & white" and "draft quality" options are unchecked

Is a confidential work document so I can't share the file

All other coloured parts of document print fine including, fills, texts and lines

Conditional colours show up when published to PDF, but won't print the conditional formatting either.

Should also note the data in the cells is from a lookup, but the conditional format is based on adjacent cell not the cell it self

.

Any ideas anyone?  Typically after spending many hours putting it together it comes undone by something small yet overly frustrating.

Thanks
