Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Adam,
Are there any updates?
Thanks,
Felix
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
When opening default Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, etc) with my O365 for Business account, I get a message stating there is "There is a problem with your account. Please try again later"
A similar message stating "Something went wrong, try again" when I try using the Office 365 Admin application.
We are using ADFS for authentication, so not sure if this is the issue or some other setting within O365 but I have only noticed this happening within the last few months.

Hi Adam,
To move forward, please confirm the following information:
1.To see if the issue is related to the ADFS as you mentioned, please let the global admin create a new Office 365 work or school account with the default tenant domain(e.g. user@contoso.onmicrosoft.com) in Office 365 portal and use the new account to sign into the Office apps on the iPad, and the check the outcome.
2.Try the suggestion as the KB says(the issue 4) above: Update to the latest version of Mac and iOS apps. Verify the configuration of AD FS 2012 R2 to let users sign in by using an alternative user identifier.
3.Please share your account information via the Private Message.
Thanks,
Felix
1: Error for Office 365 standard apps. (Word, Excel, Etc)
Error when accessing Admin app
Just to state that both apps seem to look for our ADFS server page to log onto but don't show it (I do not have the option to enter a password on the Admin app and or office as it redirects to the authentication page). Then the error / home page is shown as above,
2: I have no issues with standard browsers on iDevice or PC
3: Are you talking about creating a demo 0365 domain or link an onmicrosoft.com account to our current setup?
4:Still need to confirm.
I have looked through the KB article (I could not find that in any Google search) and the Forms are not in with Intranet but are on for the extranet. As the device only contacts externally I can't see how this is an issue. However I can't see any errors on the iDevices diagnostics for Office products which is reported in that article.
