OneNote - Synchronisation Error (Code 0xE0000063)

I just move Evernote to OneNote by "StartOneNoteImporter.exe" . The function and structure are not same between EverNote and OneNote, and I just want to reorganize my documents now,  so I move..delete..move..delete documents and sections between my notebooks. And then after SYNC, the information and error code appears. My software version is Windows10(1607  14393.1066), and OneNote 17.7976.57751.0。

For concerns with OneNote sync, we recommend that you perform the steps that best describes what you are experiencing with the app from this link: (click here).

If you haven't performed it yes, also follow the instructions on how to repair Office apps.
