Microsoft Project 2013 - How do I export Task Notes (including Rich Text) to MS Excel

I'm trying to export MS Project data to MS Excel including the Task Notes field.  Is there an easy way to do this without truncating the Task Notes and retaining the formatting and Rich Text?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

    David,

I can help you with the truncation issue but I'm afraid you're out of luck with regard to an automated way of exporting the Notes field RTF. The only way to maintain the RTF of the Notes field is to manually copy task by task from the Notes tab of the Project Information window.

Now if you can live without the formatting but still need to export the Notes field text without truncation, take a look at the following Wiki article.

    Hope this helps.

    John
