For the time zone settings, if the time zone in site settings is different from that in our user profile, the settings in user profile will take effect.
Could you try the following steps to see if there is any improvement?
- Go to Edit my profile page following the above steps, scroll down to Time Zone, select "Always use my personal settings" in Choose your settings:
- Select your current time zone in the Time Zone drop down list.
- Scroll down and click "Save and Close".
- Wait for about one hour, go to your site and add a new Access Web App, check whether the time is correct.
