Office Install Errors

I'm running 64 bit Windows 10 and have already downloaded and installed Office 2016 64 bit.  I have a 32/64 copy of Visio 2016 Professional that I want to install as well as a copy of Project 2016 Professional.  When I try to install these programs from the disc that I burned from a downloaded ISO file I receive either an error message

or nothing happens at all.

The primary setup executable is also only showing up with the 32 bit version even though my disc shows a setup64 file on the disc.

I downloaded the ISO image file from the Microsoft Imagine store with my school education account.  What do I need to do to get the 64 bit versions of these programs to install to my system?  I don't want to operate on 32 bit and I should have access to these programs in a 64 bit version.

MS still defaults all Office installations to 32 bit versions, even if you have 64 bit WIndows and other 64 bit Office applications already installed.  Unfortunately setup.exe is too stupid to recognize the problem and simply switch to installing 64 bit ... Setup.exe in the root directory is the 32 bit installer.  On your disk, look for the 64 bit folder (you mentioned one), go into it, find and run the setup program there.

MS still defaults to 32 bit because they, like many other software makers have been too lazy (aka cheap!) to update all of their addon tools to run in 64 bit.
