Multiple company domains and SharePoint Online

Hi there

Our company holds several domains and different employees are part of different domains. When users share their files with other users they can only share with users@ourmaindomain.com.
How to add more domains to SharePoint Online, so our users on all of these domains can share files with each other?

Hi @frob ,

You could try to limit external sharing by domain to share files.

1.SharePoint Admin Center > Policies > Sharing > select Limit external sharing by domain

2.Click Add domains > select Allow only specific domains > add your company domains

3.Remember to select Anyone with the link when share files.
