Microsoft Az900 fundamentals exam issue

Question

On 17th of July 2020 I was about to give my exam on 9.00 pm IST where the tool OnVue testing was successfully done from my end and it was working properly and after successful verification of data i was about to appear my exam but the tool was not able to launch for about 1 hr and when it started i just got 2 mins until completion so can you please verify my details with the proctor which was assigned to me for the test I wanted the case to be check with .

Please check into the situation and provide me to reschedule my exam.
