Duplicating a task in Planner

Question

Hello, 

My team and I would like to use Planner to organize a backlog of work, and associated to-do lists.

Many of the cards we create (tasks) will need the same 10-15 items in the checklist. Rather than type them out dozens of times, is there a way to simply duplicate that card. Alternately, can we set up "task templates" that would contain the various items we need to reuse on a consistent basis?

The ability to create task template is now in development, we suggest you follow up on Office 365 roadmap for the latest updates. Once there’re any new features released, they’ll be published there.

When I look at the current Office 365 Roadmap, I do not see on the list to add Templates to Planner?

Was it removed?

I still need this feature.

I agree. Planner would be so awesome with this and is so cumbersome without it.

Currently trying to implement planner with Teams. would be great if a template could be made for teams that included a copy of the planner tab.
