    Hi Ester,

I understand you want to use the features of Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer.

The IP address you should enter under Exchange Server> Internet Email Test >Outbound SMTP Email is the external IP of your company (you can also understand it is the IP that your company's Exchange Server used to send email).

About the IP needed to enter under Office 365, I need to do more test and research. If there are any updates, I will post back here as soon as possible.

    Thanks,

    Amanda

Thanks for your reply.  I was testing the Outbound SMTP email Internet Email Test under either the Exchange Server or the Office 365.  It wants me to input an outbound ip address but I don't know where to find that info.
