MC Office

Hi,

I recently updated my operating system to Windows 10. Since then I didn't need to use MC Office and when I opened Word today it's asking me for the Key or my account details. When I type in my email address through which the program was activated the message comes up saying that it is not registered.

I know which email address I used. I bought the MC Office online and the only proof that i have for this unfortunately is the activation email which I received to that address on the 04/04/2014.

Is there anything that can be done to retrieve it?

Kind regards,

Marta

When you installed your Office 2013 and entered the email address and password for a Microsoft Account this created an Office Account. You should be able to access your office account using the same email address and password at:  https://www.office.com/myaccount

If you can access your Office Account this would be proof of license.  If you still have problems try the help desk  Microsoft Contact Us Click on>Services & Apps>Office or Office365 for Windows>Setting up>Chat
