Video stops looping

I purchase motion backgrounds for my presentations and even though I set the playback in PPT 2016 to loop until stopped, sometimes this does not work and the video stops looping. Can anyone explain why this only happens with some backgrounds when the settings are exactly the same? I prepare my presentations on my PC and then transfer to a usb and play through a laptop onto multiple screens. I don't know if this may affect the videos.

    Thanks for your reply. I purchase videos from worship house media in 720 mpg - 1 format.

    As I said it only happens with some of these backgrounds, most are fine.

    I will try your conversion suggestion.

    What video are you using? Try converting it to .wmv.
