Office 365

Question

I downloaded Microsoft Word. I am writing a book with it. I thought that I need some extra features or else I can't do what I want. So on my Ipad,I paid 5.99 for one PC And Ipad features. (Since I have a PC too. When I paid 5.99 a month. It all good. But I cant get the apps on my PC. I'd quite like to write on my pc, as that's why I paid for it. I would like some help. Please

Just to clarify further, allow us to know the following:

• Do you have an Office 365 or an Office 2016?
• What were the apps that did not work on your PC but worked fine on your iPad?
• Were there any error messages when you tried to run those apps on your PC?
