Today, when using OneNote 2016 on my Surface Pro 4, the "Touch to Write" button disappeared in the "Draw" menu bar.  Now, when I use the pen to write, I can't scroll with my fingers;  my fingers write like a pen.  I did not see any updates today.  Any ideas?  Thanks

On the ipad pro with apple pencil as well.  The May 16 update removed the ability to write with a stylus pen and scroll with your fingers now when you click the draw button and attempt to write with a pen the ability to scroll the page with your fingers is no longer there.

it starts to draw is if your fingers are the pen.

the old version prior to this update you were able to write with a stylus pen and scroll with your fingers please bring that feature back .
