Section name character limit?

Question

"PUBPOL 516 Economics for Policy Analysis and Management I" As you can see that the section name is too long, however, I managed to name it after all. I did this once, but now I forget how I did it. Now I try to copy the whole section then rename it whatever I want, but the character has to be less than the older one's. But now I want more characters than the previous one, how am I gonna do that?

I just forget how I did it breaking the limit of characters first time........ Can someone tell me how?

Ok I found out how I did it. The onenote win10 version doesn't have the limit of characters, so I just name it there, it'll sync everywhere.
