How does #All, #Data, #Headers, #Totals, #ThisRow work in Excel?

Hello, 

Can you help me understand the below in Excel. Where/How can I use the below? And also can you give a brief explanation for each. 

I have a formula used =IF(ISNA(Table1[[#This Row],[NAME]]),0,1)

#Data

#Headers

#Totals

#This Row
