Documents appear wrong height on screen - differ from page set up dimensions
When I create a new document in Word, the documents appear on my screen to be about two inches shorter than the page set up suggests, and there is no margin on the top or bottom. The width however, matches the page set up dimensions, with proper margins showing up. It happens in every size. For example, my default is 8.5x11, but when I open or choose that, it looks almost square, and the ruler shows that it is 8.5 x 9.25, and my cursor goes right to the top of the page with no margin. If I choose 8.5x14, it opens measuring 8.5x12. It is super annoying because what I see on the screen doesn't match what prints, and I can't stand just trying to tell myself that there is an invisible one inch margin along the top and it's ok to type right along that top and bottom edge. It hasn't always done this but I don't remember when/what triggered the change - not a new printer, but possibly some update. Please help!

2017-03-10T15:13:21+00:00 Hallelujah! I only had one page on the screen so I didn't get that visual cue of more than one page with no space in between, but that's it! Thank you so much!
