    Hi Silver15793,

    According to a post in Google Cast Help Forum, “You need Google Chrome Browser installed into Windows. Using Shopping Bag Icon, it will show you to go to The Chrome Web Store, and then download Google Cast Extension BETA. With that running, you can use its option to ‘cast entire screen’, and then cast local content. Note that since you did not tell us your system, you might find your processor doesn't have enough oomph to do it.”
