Access Query Problem

I have 4 tables that need to be joined into one
Routing -has all Store NNumbers and Division #
Mapping -has the name of planograms
Facing Grid -has the upc's , descriptions and name of planograms
Scan Data -has the Store #, Division #, UPC, Description and Sales
I have completed the query and it shows all the stores that have scanned units but I need to know what criteria to use to get it to show me the stores with no sales.
I tried to query the query that shows all the stores with sales but with the criteria to show the stores with no sales but it does not.
