SharePoint Online - error using Content and Structure Move List items

I'm getting this error when trying to move items from one list to another using Content and Structure.  I've tried moving with different lists (as the source or target) and it seems to keep occurring no matter what on my site.  I need this resolved as I use Content and Structure to keep my lists below 5000 items.

    Hi Philip,

Please provide the following information for our analysis:

1.Try moving the item from the source list to a new created list.

2.Check if you can move documents between libraries using content and structure.

3.Which app did you use to create source list and target list? (e.g. custom list, tasks and so on)

4.Did this issue happen on the other publishing sites?

5.Capture a screenshot of the error message.

    Regards,

    Sky
