This is not helpful at all, I purchased Office Home & Student 2016 and have made every attempt to set it up and still get the product key not activated, I have taken it back to the store of purchase and their saying there's nothing that can be done as the product key part has been scratched off... I've paid $179 and do not have another $179 to fork out due to a technical issue.

Without sending a link that just takes you back to square one, can you please assist me
