Problem: Let's Get Started Shows Up Everytime

Hi.

I just bought Aspire E14 a week ago and already got my Windows 10 and Office 2016 installed (not by me) - also found them ACTIVATED.

However, there is popup on Office 365 that has been bugging me every time I run any Office apps and it really annoys me recently.

I tried

  1. sign in with Microsoft Account several time but it says "The account ________ isn't associated with this Office product..."
  2. [Enter product key] but it suddenly goes "not responding", also, I have no idea where is the Product Key.
  3. to 'Get a free trial of Office 365' > Try 1-month free >

Don’t have Office yet?

If you don’t have Office, you can try or buy it in the Office store. Buy now

> buy now ... and it goes back to the initial page -_-

The other options are not applicable

Already purchased Office?

If you already have Office, please sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy or activate Office. Sign in with your other Microsoft account

If you can’t remember the Microsoft account that you used, support might be able to help. Ask support (it’s free)

Have an Office product key? Enter your product key

Hermm.... Please help me. This Office 365 popup really bothers me 24/7. Besides, I don't think I need it.

Thank you.

    Hi,

I suggest you to refer to the section 'Stop the pop-ups to try, buy, or activate Office' from this article and check:

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Activate-Office-365-Office-2016-or-Office-2013-1144e0de-e849-496e-8e33-ed6fb1b34202?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&fromAR=1

    Hope it helps.

Basically, I have to reinstall the Office?

Tried to "Repair" with control panel but it was not fixed.

Then, I had read the reinstall method, and checked up on My Office Account and it brought me to the loop initial page. None of the options are now applicable.

    * Please be informed, I didn't install nor activate Office... I thought it was purchased along the PC. Although, I've linked Microsoft Account with Windows and Office. No Activation Key is with me. So, reinstalling it is a risk of losing Office which (may) included with my PC purchase.
