イントラ環境の365Proplus

会社のイントラ環境でoffice365Proplusを使ってます。7/17迄は問題なく使えていましたが、本日7/19急にライセンスなしと表示され全てのofficeアプリが表示のみと成りました。
セキュリティ上インターネット接続は出来ないのですが解消法を教えて下さい
