Graph linked to pivot table - can't update data source

I've created a bar graph from a pivot table.  When I try to change the data source of the graph the chart data range field is greyed out and does not allow me to change the data source.  Please help.

    Hi Rene,

    We would like to inform you that Chart data range is greyed out and cannot be changed because this field shows the range of the data you've input on the Excel spreadsheet.

    Let us know if you have any other concerns.
