Getting into loop when trying to access two SharePoint 2013 web-apps configured to use ADFS

I've configured 2 web applications in SharePoint 2013 to use AD FS.

https://myapp

https://myapp:12345

If I try to access one web-app, for instance, https://myapp, everything goes fine. Then I try to access another web-app and get into redirection loop to AD FS server. AD FS server throws exception like that "The same client browser session has made '6' requests in the last '19' seconds". The same thing happens if I try to access https://myapp:12345 first and then https://myapp. I can access only one web-app at the same time. I tried to find information about such issues and found a lot of discussions about token timeouts. I checked everything twice but the issue seems to be not about timeouts. Then I tried to use developer tools in browser and found out that SharePoint doesn't issue FedAuth cookie for another web-app. So, at first it issues FedAuth cookie for https://myapp web-app and when I try to access https://myapp:12345 he is trying to use the same FedAuth cookie which was issued for https://myapp. I don't understand why it is happening. I would really appreciate your ideas and hints on this issue.

Hi Sviataslau,

Since our forum mainly focuses on Office 365 for business and SharePoint Online related issues, for SharePoint On-Premises issues, we suggest you post in ourTechNet forum for further help. We appreciate your understanding.

In addition, it seems you've already post a thread in that forum and have got the reply. You can keep working with the engineer:
