Converting/Saving an EXCEL .xlsx file to JPG or PNG

I'm sure I have done this before, but now my JPG picture is all blurred.

I have a small EXCEL file, .xlsx, just 32 KB, and I want to post the file on a Facebook discussion page, where as you know it has to be a JPG or PNG format file.

I Copy and Paste my EXCEL page to a Power Point slide and Save as a PNG or JPG file. However when I open these files they have a very low resolution and the text is no longer readable.

When I Copy and Paste the EXCEL page to Word and Save as a PDF file the quality is acceptable.

Can anyone suggest what I need to do to post the EXCEL info to the FB page?

I have Win 10 with latest update, Office 2010

Kind regards

Hi what I usually do is to have the sheet on screen then press CTRL+PrtScn, then open paint and paste there, from paint you can save it as JPG. the results are good
