"The value doesn't match the data validation restrictions defined for this cell."

I'm using Microsoft Office 365 version of Excel 2016 for Student and I'm using the Class Schedule format downloaded on the intro page. I'm trying to change the "Schedule Start" cell into 7:30 but the prompt said: "The value doesn't match the data validation restrictions defined for this cell." I tried everything but I don't know how.

Here's the photo so that you will have a clue.

I hope someone can help me with this. Your answers are well appreciated. :)

Does the cell have a dropdown arrow when you click in it? If so, then only the values in the dropdown are valid.

If no dropdown arrow then try the following.

    Click on the cell.

    Select Data ribbon.

Select Data validation -> Data validation.

Check what validation has been set for the cell.
