    Hi Binu John,

    To narrow down the issue, please provide the following information:

    1. The screenshot of the error message.
    2. How did you create the subsite? Select built-in template or the custom site template which you upload.

    1. Are you creating the subsite on a Publishing site.
    2. Check if the issue occurs when you change to another browser.
    3. Create a brand site collection and save a site template, and use this template to create a subsite to check if the issue persists.
