Hello,

I created a simple macro using EMailDatabaseObject to send a Excel spreadsheet (based on a Query) from Access 2010 to a couple users. Here are the parameters:

I tested it and the intended recipients did not receive the email.  I'd like to use a the macro instead of VBA coding if at all possible.

Thanks,

Bill Beshlian

Is it in your outbox?

For testing, set the edit message to Yes, does the message get created when you test it?

For testing, try sending it to yourself, what happens?

Is the content of your db enabled?  Do other macros work?  VBA?

Also, when posting pictures and the likes, never include peoples real info (email addresses).  I don't know if those are real or not, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.

You shouldn't piggyback on other people's threads, but rather start your own.  Feel free to reference this one on yours should it be relevant.

That said, when you use outlook normally and create an email message, does it get sent automatically or do you manually have to perform a send and receive to get the message to actually go.

    Daniel,

I set the Edit Message property to "Yes" and it worked. Thanks for the help. I will come up with better names when I send items like this. I normally use the "Smiths" as a test name and will change this.

    Thank you,
