Unknown Entry in Shared Mailbox delegates list

Hi,

I have a shared mailbox set up on an Exchange Online tenant.  I have made some changes to the users who are granted access to the mailbox today and noticed that the following value has "Send As" permissions - EURPR05A004\nicol56706-596239214.  This is not something I have added.

I am hoping that this is some kind of system requirement similar to NT AUTHORITY\SELF.

Can anyone confirm what this value is and if it is safe or not?

Thanks

Dave

Hi Dave,

Yeah, it is the same as NT AUTHORITY\SELF. You can ignore it or you can event remove it directly if you have more concern on it.

Alan
