You're using macros, so there's not much more you can do other than be sure that your Windows and Office environments are properly installed and up to date. Macros don't allow any sort of real control over the process - in essence, you're just asking Access to send the Email, and Access passes the workload off to Outlook to continue.

You should NOT have to close Outlook to do this, of course. If you do, then as mentioned above there is something amiss in your environment. Given that this process seems to have worked in the past, and assuming you have made no changes to the .accdb file (and recreated the .accde file), then environmental issues would be the likely culprit in this case.

    Many thanks for the respond.

Kindly refer below attached screenshot. I am unable to view the code behind the email button because it's already converted into .accde format.

But I do have the empty database with .accdb format and manage to view the code. But is it an empty database and the email button work only after the file creation but after close and open, the email button still not working. Please refer below:

Need your kind help to re insert the code and make it working again and also if need to re create the new database file on how to import the data to new file created.

    Regards,

That could mean a variety of things, from troubles with your Outlook system to troubles with your database to troubles with your installation of Office/Windows.

Can you show the code behind the Email button?
