Visio 2016 shape reports wizard

HI, the Shape Reports ribbon button does not start the reports wizard. My .vrd files are in folder Microsoft/root/Office16/1033.

Any suggestions?

    HI, no error description as the report wizard never starts i.e. the reports dialog box does not open when the Shape Reports button is clicked. Have tried with several old and new diagrams but same problem.

    Hi,

    Is there any error description when you run the Report?

    Please try to create a new drawing, click Shape Reports button to confirm if the reports wizard works. In the Reposts window, click New to start a new report:

    It is helpful to narrow down if the issue only happens on a specific Visio file.
