Onenote Error Code: 0xE00000C8

I have my notebooks on a flash memory. Recently for syncing says: It looks like this isn't a valid OneNote section file. It could be a different file type that's been renamed with a .one extension. (Error code: 0xE00000C8)

and new pages are not synced

Help me please!

    The issue started last week

    Regarding Troubleshooting, I have tried to delete the file on my desktop and online but the file reappears and with many error codes.
