You state above in this message that it will take several weeks for the rollout to be complete and as it's available to users the Planner tile appears. No specific action by Office 365 admins is needed. Unfortunately I am the admin to our account and I do not have a Planner tile but all my employees do. Can you please help me with some suggestions on this?
Regards,
Doug

Hi Doug,
Thanks for your private message.
After checking, we find Planner has been successfully provisioned to your tenant. Since you are the only one who don’t have Planner, please follow the steps below to check the outcome:
Go to Office 365 Admin Center> Users> Activate Users.
If you are using Office 365 Admin Center Preview as below, select your account and click Edit.
Then under Office 365 Business Premium, please check if Microsoft Planner is there. If so, please ensure it has been turned on as below:
If you are using old Office 365 Admin Center as below, select your account.
Under Assigned licenses, click Edit. Then check whether you can find Microsoft Planner. If so, please ensure it has been selected as below:
If you cannot find Planner there, please post back and we will provide further assistance.
Regards,
Fraser
Hi Doug,
Based on your description, I suggest going to My Subscription Page to check whether you have the Microsoft Planner license as below:
If you have the right license, please click App Lunch> View all my apps to check whether you can find Planner there. If so click ellipsis> Pin to App lunch.
If you don’t have Planner license, please go to Office 365 Admin Center> Users> . Then find your account and assign one for yourself.
If above scenarios don’t apply to your situation, I’d like to confirm the following information for further investigation:
1.As @Vincent mentioned, what is your Office 365 subscription? Do you have the same subscription as your end user has?
2.This situation may relate to provision issue, so we need to collect some tenant information to check at our side. I’ve sent you a private message for it.
Regards,
Fraser
Can I suggest raising a support ticket via your Office365 Admin and letting them investigate?
Also can I find out what O365 plan are you subscribed on? Is it the same as the rest of your users who have Planner?
