    Hi Aman,

Thank for your solution, my environment no use proxy, no problem from network team already checked. I have solved my issue with steps below.

    1. I have change WSUS pool in IIS follow best practice of Microsoft.
    2. Unchecked box "Upgrade" in Classifications
    3. Checked box WSUS maintenance as recommend of SCCM 2103

    4. Sync update ok ( will sync update, delete obsoleted/decline update, Reindex WSUS DB)
    5. Checked box ''Upgrade' in Classifications again
    6. Sync again and everything ok to now.

    Thanks.

    Hi @Hoang Van Minh ,

Based on the operation timed out messages, it should be some kind of network issue or security software/appliance in place that only intermittently kicks in.

Maybe you've got a proxy configured or a network security device that requires authentication? If there is no proxy between them, we could try to uncheck the classifications and products, resync to check if it is normal. And then select check the box "Upgrade" in Classifications, select products, for example, windows 10 to check if the problem is solved.
